Civil Works Manager

Job Description
Civil Works Manager Our client currently requires a Civil works manager for a 6 - 12 month period.Candidate will be responsible for following tasks:
Preparation of a final proposal of the Turnkey organization and processes / IT tools/Deployment Plan/Deployment management during bidding.
Support the internal FTTx Turnkey Task Force and document the results from the team (e.g. Scope of Work for turnkey projects)
Develop the project plan related to Site Acquisition/Permission/Civil works and monitor the progress under guidance of the TSD/Project Leader
Analyze the current organization/processes/tools and identify the gaps that have to be closed
Preparation a presentation for decision meetings on management level
Preparation of presentation for internal and customer meetings
Experience requirement:
Outside plant (Fiber and copper) deployment experience (site acquisition, permission, optical distribution network (ODN) design or rollout management ) in Germany with 3 years
Project management experience with 5 years in Germany or any other European Country for fix networks .
Skill and knowledge requirement:
Good understanding in local quality standard and specification for Outside plant (Fiber and copper)
Good understanding in Turnkey business workflow for site acquisition, permission, optical distribution network design (ODN) Design or rollout
Good presentation and communication skills .
Good German and Basic English language is mandatory.If interested please send your CV urgently.
