Duration-4months+
Location-Middle East-Bahrain
This position will be based with Ericsson as a manager of sub contractors on NRO project, particularly working on structural foundations, civil works, tower erections, site development, electrical works and grounding systems.
Your role will be to ensure satisfactory compliance by sub contractors to contract requirements as to approved plans, Globe specifications, BOQ and other related documents. You will monitor subsequent development of every site in relation to schedule and quality and make subsequent recommendations for courses of action as necessary.
You will be required to complete field Inspection sheets and review all submitted documents by contractor, review bill of quantities (BOQ) and Materials take-off, and also prepare and submit daily reports.
Requirements:
Technical degree in Engineering or Telecommunications or equivalent.
At least three years experience in the field of mobile telecommunications network rollout design & knowledge of Civil Engineering & Electricity.
Strong planning & organizational skills / task management.
Experience in managing sub contractors.
Proficient in written & spoken English as a business language
Proficient in MS Office and related MS Software.
Result orientated - has the motivation, discipline & tenacity to reach results

Decisiveness - has the ability to make quick & correct decisions & take action
Initiative - takes all required actions to get things done
