Job Description
Project Management Support Ramp-Up :
The project manager support ramp-up will be in charge of supporting the Project team on project management domain during critical phases of a complex / turnkey projects. The PMS ramp-up will be integrated for a temporary period in a project team under the lead of the Project Manager for supporting the project in the following area : contract management, change management, claim management, schedule management, sub-contractor management & cost control management. He will transfer the competencies to the local project team once the project is on track.
Description of the missions:
• Prior to the project initiation in pre-sales phase, support the Program Manager and the Customer Unit in reviewing the RFP, contract, SOW, … for risk assessment
• Support the Program Manager during project initiation, ramp-up phases or operational crisis in the following domain: contract management, change management, claim management, schedule management, sub-contractor management & cost control.
• Participate to the competency transfer to the Customer Units thanks to coaching and on-the-job training
• Develop in parallel, inside the team and across the Customer Units, turnkey competencies and process (site acquisitions, civil works, …)
Qualification:
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent - Master degree Techniques - science or business school
• At least 3 years experience in project management/contract management
• Certificate in Project Management (PMI or equivalent) will be appreciated
• Experience in telecom deployment project
• Knowledge in project Finance
• Team focus
• Knowledge of productivity tools such as Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• English fluent (oral and written)
• French fluent (oral and written) appreciated
• Driving license compulsory
