Site Design Manager

We are currently looking for Site Design Manager for our customer, NSN.

Please find the below job descriptions

• Minimum 5 years experience

• Structural engineer (B.sc or M.sc) with good knowledge to the American design codes for structures and foundations

• Familiar with TIA/EIA & Steel Structure (American Design Codes)

• Required expert in Structural Analysis for both Upper and Sub-structure

• Capable of handling pressure from the project for numbers while ensuring the design quality

• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing)

• Bahasa is a advantage but not requirement.

• Updating and maintaining site drawings in coordination with clients consultant and any other design issues related to the projects.
• Develop,Review and approve/comment on detailed design drawings and foundation calculation for NSN.
• Review and approve/comment on SDA for Co-location projects and develop generic models for common structures.
• Enables Site Design according to Customer’s, NSN’s standards & guidelines and local regulations.
• Ensures Site Design activities meet project and local requirements.
• Responsible for all technical aspects regarding Permit Drawings, Construction Drawings, Static Calculations, Foundation Calculations / Studies, Soil Reports, Land Surveys, all drawing approval procedures.

Civil Works Supervisor

New Vibrations is a consultancy agency within the IT and Telecommunications sectors delivering skilled resources to operators and vendors worldwide.

Our client is looking for a Civil Works Supervisor with at least 3-5 years in the telecomms field for a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

- Plan and design the work schedule for the project in coordination with the Project Manager

- Supervise all works related to the project and ensure that the executed are in accordance with client(s) specifications

- Undertake periodic visits to sites under his supervision to verify the site progress and provide necessary inputs if required

- Direct and manage all subcontractors and Site Controllers related to the project and their activities.

- Train the Site Controllers & pass to them his professional knowledge.

- Coordinate efforts with all sections mainly Logistics, Quality Control, Administration and Accounts of the company per the internal procedures.

-Coordinate with the client representative on relative work to ensure efficient rollout of the project.

- Supervise and follow up on all documentation related to the project.

- Explain and train Site Controllers on the reporting formats (after they have been explained to him) and ensure the implementation and flow of these reports.

- Compile all received Daily Reports from Site Controllers and consequently report on daily basis to the Project Manager using reporting formats and procedures.

- Accept completed sites from Site Controllers and inform the Quality Control Supervisor in order for him to accept it internally and later hand it over to the client's representative.

My client is looking for a strong and dynamic CW leader for an ongoing rollout project.

As well having excellent proven Civil Works experience and background, candidates should have good Ericsson experience and project understanding. You will interact with zone managers, manage material planning Vs Sites to Start (there is a Logistic team in place and ordering/delivery forecasts are also in Place). You will improve quality and control finances, approve invoicing and track acceptance with customer.In order to succeed you must be a strong character, leader with good decision making skills. You should be well organised with the drive and ability to coach the team (they respect leadership and a person who can back them). You will be required to drive the ASP’s on meetings, identify resource gaps, gap analysis, and establish customer confidence within the region.
