Civil Works Supervisor

ParaCell Resources is looking for skilled Civil Works Supervisor to work in North Africa

Requirements:

Extensive experience with the supervision of tower construction work and deferent tower designs (GSM experience).

Hands on experience with deferent site layout proposals to find the best designs.

- 4 years Telecom experience.

- Mandatory French and English speaking.

Good communication skills, ability to work independently and closely with the end-Customer are other essential skills.

CME Manager

Main Responsibility :

• Overall responsibility for the Design and Civil Works Construction of sites.
• Ensure that Huawei Standard Designs and Specifications are agreed with the Customer and implemented on the Project.
• Management of local Structural and Electrical Design Consultants to ensure quality of drawings and design.
• Prepare CW Resources Plan and liaise with CEG.
• Management of local subcontractors to ensure quality of site construction in line with agreed standards.
• Minimize cost variations using standard site designs and agreed Bill of Materials.
• Ensure recruitment of experienced Structural and Electrical Engineers and Site Supervisors.
• Target setting and performance management.
• Work closely with site Acquisition team to understand build programmed requirements and ensure adequate resource to meet the programmed.
• Prepare and manage the Health and Safety plan and ensure all staff, Consultants and Subcontractors are compliant.
• In co-operation with Regional Project Manager arrange site inspections to ensure construction quality.
• Agree punch lists with Customer and Subcontractor.
• Provide appropriate certification to enable Technical Implementation work to start on sites.
• Obtain timely Preliminary Acceptance Certificate for Civil Works.

Main Requirements:

• Substantial experience in Design and Civil Works Construction of network sites.
• Cultural Awareness. Ability to build relationship and work collaborate across multiple cultures.
• Strong focus on delivery, rollout target and results.
• Resilience, ability to maintain control and effectiveness during stressful situations.
• Must be analytical, able to rationalize data and understand root cause problems.
• Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
