Site Engineer Operational Quality Manager

Job Description


Site Engineer Operational Quality Manager required for a long term contract with one of our huge global telecom client's in Nigeria.

You will be responsible for:

Providing day to day operational quality support within the project environment.

Develop, maintain and monitor execution of project/customer specific quality plans which align with customer contractual requirements.

Monitor and validate Quality Gates with project management.

Plan and organize lessons learned and root cause analysis workshops for customer projects in order to implement continuous improvement measures in future projects.

Plan and organize risk management workshops for customer projects.

Attend customer meetings to represent the project on quality matters and manage professionally feedback from and to the customer.

Ensure project linkage into the respective NSN Environmental and Health & Safety groups.

Responsibility for project level KPI / SLA reporting

Develop audit calendar together with regional SBL's based requirements of global SBL's and monitor audits status. Participate audits when needed.

Main Skills required are:
Auditing
Previous participation to a Quality certification
Project Management,
Business understanding,
Supreme Analytical, design and problem solving skills

Needed certificates: Work at Height Certificate
