Ericsson ADC (Acquisition, Design, Contruct) Manager

SELEK Telecom AB is looking on behalf of our client for an experienced ADC Manager to work on a rollout project in North Western Europe.

The ADC Manager is to be responsible for managing output from Client and Sub-contractor resources for the acquisition & design of 2G & 3G base stations, closely monitoring the performance of Sub-contractors against agreed SLA’s/KPI’s, developing and implementing effective processes, ensuring that the Site Audit Reports, Site Acquisition documents, Site Drawings etc., are prepared to the highest quality, reporting regular progress against the Implementation delivery Plan, managing and implementing strict adherence to technical Design Guides and contractual scope for site design, including Transmission, RF, Build and Acquisition disciplines, site attendance and supervision of all build activities, providing guidance and implementing best practice methodology for ADC activities, quality assurance of the site building process as well as inspection of work done by Sub-contractors.

Candidates should have excellent personnel management skills, experience in rollout and swap projects at a management level, excellent Client interfacing and presentation skills as well as detailed knowledge of the following:
Site Acquisition, Civil Works, Antenna & feeder installation, NodeB Installation, NodeB Integration, Acceptance, Document preparation and control, technical knowledge in RBS 2000/3000 series and antenna systems, technical knowledge in Power- and Climate systems and good knowledge of Ericsson and customer standards and procedures

Candidates sould have at least 5 years of experience with GSM and/or WCDMA turn-key rollout projects.
