Costing Engineer (Ref. CoE)

* Manage and handle office work for all projects teams (financially, work status, in-progress status and implemented work status) and follow up for all managers from start to finish.
* Coordinate between project managers and financial department
* Acquires and follow up all needed documents in preparation for invoicing and processing of purchase orders & work orders
* Manage, control, update and file data for all projects (soft & hard) copies to create a reliable source of database.
* Manage and handle telecom department’s petty cash on a monthly basis or as per work volume.
* Distribute and record, then acquire invoices from employees and fix them as per cost center for project cost analysis. Monthly reconciliation with financial department.
* Prepare reports for project status (Revenue, Billed& Unbilled, Cost & Income analysis) (ongoing projects, resources matrix, close out plan)
* Enter and file daily progress report for monthly cost and income analysis / profit & loss analysis

Qualifications

* Bachelor of Civil / Electrical Engineering
* A minimum 2-4 years or above working experience Telecommunication/GSM industry.
* English proficiency in both written and spoken, good presentation and interpersonal skills & computer literate.
