Site Acquisition and Property Coordinator

Site Acquisition and Property Coordinator needed for 3 month rolling contract based in EUROPE

Paying hourly rates / 40 hours per week

1 Purpose of the job
The acquisition and/or management of mobile telephony locations on behalf of and in the name of external customers, being operators. Responsible to have timely and cost effective contracts in place with landlords to secure timely rollout and extension of mobile sites.

Depending on experience and knowledge of the Coordinator projects can differ from simple landlord problem solving to complex projects or multilandlord business.
2 postion within the organisation
Reports to internal and external customer organization and to own line manager. Within projects there is also a functional reporting to manager concerned.
3 Key accountabilities1
3.1 external relationships
q Initiate, develop and manage relationships with landlords, external
customers and public authorities, acting as a linking pin between these organizations and explicitly on behalf of the external customer,
q within the assigned customer groups,
q in order to achieve a satisfying and cost effective rollout and
extension of the customers' telephony network.
3.2 contract negotiation
q Establish, improve and extend landlord contracts,
q in the name of and within the agreed guidelines if the customer
q to enable and accelerate the roll out process
3.3 manage third parties
q Manage, support, supervise and chase operational third parties,
q According to budget, quality and agreed timelines
q to realize goals set by customer and to reach customer satisfaction.

3.4 permitting
q Assure timely approval in permitting issues and participate in study
groups of public authorities,
q representing the customer,
q to support a successful project execution

3.5 property management
q Manage customers' and/or landlord property,
q consistent with legislation and agreed contracts
q in order to facilitate efficient operational sitemanagement

q Controll and develop the customers' databases and legal files
q according to fiscal law, customer and processes,
q to be able to report on customers legal and financial obligations
