Maintenance of cell site Fiber & its connectivity and data Communications.
Handling a team of engineers , contract technicians , vendors etc various clusters .
Civil works: Defining Scope of work & Negotiation with Vendors For Foundation of Tower, DG, Shelter.
Execution of Civil works like Manhole, ODP and PDP erections and Trenching, Duct laying and cable pulling for Copper & Fiber Network.
Responsible for Quality Inspection, Splicing & Termination etc of cables including the fault rectification along with contractor.
Integration& Maintenance of POIs (Point of Interconnections) with operators.
Effective Co-Ordination among various contractors involved and also ensuring that all the deficiencies are cleared with in the program period.
Co-ordination with Government Officials like Municipal Engineers, etc for getting permissions and approvals to complete the project.
Trouble Shooting of CDMA /GSM Network, Wireline Network
Logistics of arranging & storing of Tower material in our warehouse to tackle material shortages at various sites killing the time wastages.
Vendor management , Material Procurement and order placing to services providers.
Raising of Invoices for work executed and Follow-up.
Implementation of Schedule and progress reviewing on Daily basis.
Budgetary control and Project Quality assurance.
Overall Project Management including Client Relationship.

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engg./ Construction.
Prefered work Experience In Telecom Industry with 10yrs .
