Sr. Executive (Civil Engineer)
(Chittagong) 
Responsibilities: 
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning, designing, and overseeing construction. 
Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
Direct construction, operations, and maintenance activities at project site.
Direct or participate in surveying to lay out installations and establish reference points, grades, and elevations to guide construction.
Maintenance of building structures and facilities such as channels, dams, pipelines, water and sewage systems, and waste disposal units.
Estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labor to determine project feasibility.
Prepare or present public reports, such as bid proposals, deeds, environmental impact statements of property and right-of-way descriptions.
Test soils and materials to determine the adequacy and strength of foundations, concrete, asphalt, or steel.
Provide technical advice regarding design, construction, or program modifications and structural repairs to managerial personnel.
Conduct studies of traffic patterns or environmental conditions to identify engineering problems and assess the potential impact of projects.
Identifying and developing improvements to the maintenance and construction management processes etc.
Supervision of multi-discipline construction and maintenance activities, ensuring meeting or exceed quality and safety requirements.
Secondary Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the overall activities & coordinate of assigned projects according to the instructions of Management and ensure day to day progress report to the Management.
Submit monthly activities report.
Supervise to the subordinates to completing assigned task. 
Any other task assigned by the Management. 
Accountability & Authority:
Key Accountabilities:
Must have to prepare all reports according to the requirements including job duties and responsibilities. 
Prepare monthly reports. 
Report of all projects.
Maintenance report for all projects. 
Prepare overview report monthly/yearly as per requirements of the management. 
Key Authorities: 
Authorities assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent. 
Should have excellent interpersonal / communication skills with good command in English.
Must be personable, passionate, upbeat, aggressive, and team-oriented. 
Good computer background.
Age between 28-33 year are encouraged to apply.
Job location is in Chittagong.
